Director of the Karapitiya hospital in Galle, Dr. Shelton Perera says that the health services of the hospital will be stopped today.
He said this is due to the garbage piled up in the hospital, which the Galle municipal council has failed to remove.
The director noted that while the daily activities of the hospital have been hampered, the patients are also severely inconvenienced due to this situation
